Vacation Bible School (VBS) this year will be online again from June 14 thru June 25, for age 4 through 5th grade.

Registration forms with a permission for pictures form are available at the church
and on the St Paul Lutheran Church website.

Registration is due by June 7th. The VBS drive by and pick up the packets dates are Friday, June 11: 4 PM to 5 PM and Saturday, June 12: 10 AM to 11 AM, at St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 15 North Smallwood Street, Cumberland, MD.

If you would like Carolyn to pick up your packets, and bring them to St Luke’s, please call her at 301-759-3741. Thank you.

This group is for the youth at St. Luke's. We meet monthly and have devotions, and an activity. This group is not limited to just youth -- we do many activities that are family oriented with parents and grandparents being encouraged to participate as well.  

Some of the activities we do will be listed:  bowling, swimming, Altoona Curves baseball games, Lakemont Park, DelGrosso Park, Idlewild Park, Hershey Park, kite flying, Christian rock concerts, church lock-ins, canal walks, movies, community plays, etc.  We welcome any new ideas and would love for you to join our group!

Our ZOOM! Music Program has continued to be well attended by both the children of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Cumberland, Maryland and the children of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

At each session we study a selected reading from the Revised Common Lectionary, pray together, have a time of sharing and singing!

Looking for a fun way for your child to participate in bible studies? St. Luke's has a 6-Pack youth group that focuses on peer-led bible study.

The Six Pack youth choir was unable to do their fundraisers this year due to Covid-19. They will be singing once per month during the church service. They enjoy singing, but are in need of music equipment, and funds for their activities. There is a jar at the front of the church for donations.

Checks can also be made out to St Luke Lutheran Church Six Pack. Thank you for supporting our youth who are the future of our church.
